What you share
The application asks for your business name, website if provided, monthly revenue range, requested funding range, funding purpose, contact name, email, mobile number and role. We also record your consent wording and time, an application reference and the status of the enquiry.
How it is used
Hawafi uses this information to review your funding enquiry and contact you about the assessment and next steps. The contact consent in this form does not subscribe you to marketing. Submitting it does not create a funding agreement.
Where it goes
When you submit, the website sends your application to a private Google Sheet through a server endpoint and Google Apps Script. The Sheet is available to its owner and people they authorize. Google and the website hosting provider process information to operate this service.
Before you submit
The form keeps your answers in the current page’s memory. It does not save them to browser storage. Closing or reloading the page discards unsent answers. Please do not include bank passwords, identity documents or payment details.
Questions, correction and removal
Applications are not open yet. A privacy contact must be configured before applications can be submitted.
